During my recent transit stay in New York City, I chose to stay at Romer Hell's Kitchen hotel. Its proximity to the nearest airport, LaGuardia, which is only 11 km away, was incredibly convenient. As a frequent traveler, I appreciated the easy access to the airport, saving me valuable time and stress. the hotel's location in Hell's Kitchen provided me with plenty of dining options and a vibrant atmosphere to explore during my short stay.
While my stay at Romer Hell's Kitchen had its merits, I did encounter a minor inconvenience. The hotel's soundproofing could be improved.

The recently renovated rooms on the 10th floor were a delight, with a retro meets boho chic decor that we adored. The bed was super comfy and the bathrooms were good. We also appreciated their sustainability efforts, as they encouraged guests to refill water bottles instead of providing single-use plastic bottles. The housekeeping staff was efficient and prompt, always with a smile on their faces. The best part was definitely the hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk to Times Square and 7 minutes to Central Park. The neighborhood felt safe and it was close to all the Broadway shows.
Could not be improved in any way. 😊

The room at Romer Hell's Kitchen was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the modern design and the attention to detail. The walk-in shower and king bed were especially luxurious. The hotel's commitment to environmental consciousness was also impressive, with soap and lotion dispensers and a water dispenser next to the ice machine. The staff were exceptional and made us feel safe and welcome throughout our stay. The coffee was outstanding, and the pastries looked fantastic. we had a fantastic experience.
Although our stay was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The room didn't offer coffee, and we had to purchase it from the lobby coffee shop each morning.

Everything was brand-new, favourable location to Times Square, the staff were accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with comfy beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was right by shops, the Upper West Side, and cafes. I had quick lunch at Gotham Pizza, located right at the property.

I enjoyed the convenience of having LaGuardia Airport nearby, so that I could easily escape this charming hotel. The "continental breakfast" was a delightful experience, with half a slice of stale bread and a lukewarm cup of weak coffee.
I just loved the feeling of having my personal space invaded by the "onsite" parking, right in front of my room. Just what I always wanted, a view of cars and exhaust fumes!

The rooms are recently renovated, with comfortable beds and a sleek design. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities. Plus, the hotel offers free use of nearby exercise clubs, perfect for those looking to stay active during their stay.
It would have been nice if the hotel had included breakfast in the price of the room.

Our stay at Romer Hell's Kitchen was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff were friendly, efficient, and took care of all our needs.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the selection of food available.
